Preserving health, longer life, healthier body

I bet most people do health things for oneselves.  Besides just doing healthy things, have you ever thought of how do you preserve health for your body?




Preserving health is the concept of Chinese people's living wisdom and they preserve health when they are still in a healthy condition.

The goals of health preservation are both getting healthier and extending one's life.

But, how Chinese people preserve health?

This is a big question. I think it is too hard to describe in this one article but I will show you how Chinese people do preserve health step by step in the following themes.

At least, you, everyone who has read this writing, have known the goal of health preservation is not only keeping a healthy body, but also pursuing a longer life.
