Ma Wang Duei Dao Yin Shu, 1st style, Wan Gong

Ma Wang Duei Dao Yin Shu's 1st style is Wan Gong.

For people who is practicing for preserving health:
1.    Relax shoulders and necks
2.    Reduce chest pressure pain

For people who is practicing for preserving health:
1.    Reduce bingo wings
2.    stretch out shanks

Introduction:
 Ready position

Raise both arms in the front, and hold both hands palm to palm in front of the chest.
Inhale, both hands extending a distance.

Exhale, shift back the last movement.
Then, turn out right foot from the tiptoes.  Keep right food on the ground.
And turn out left foot form the heel.

Stretch  the heel to the ground.
At the same time, stretch both limbs.

Turn in the right foot from the tiptoes.
Retract both limbs at the same time. 
Then, turn in the left foot from the heel.
Face in the front.

Push down both hands
Hang down both arms by both side in the end.
